Short version: we run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we have no accounts — but the name you type into the generator is sent to our server and new names are saved into the public nickname library that powers this site’s Free Fire, Instagram, Facebook and PUBG Mobile name pages. Treat the generator as public. Everything below explains that in detail.

The name you type into the generator
It is sent to our server, and if it is new to us it is saved. The styling is not done on your device — your browser sends the text to our server, the server builds the decorated variants, and it sends them back.
Specifically, when you generate a name:

A name that is already in the library is not re-registered; its build counter simply goes up. Names caught by our blocklist are refused and are not recorded at all.
The practical consequence: do not type anything private into the generator. It is built to style gamertags and display names. It is not a private notepad, and a name you put through it can end up visible on this site’s name pages.
Nicknames you submit on purpose
Some pages let you contribute a nickname to a public list. Anything you submit there is intended for publication: it is shown to other visitors, can be copied by them, and carries copy and like counts. Do not submit anything that identifies you or anyone else, and do not submit anything you would not want to remain public.
What stays in your browser
Two things are kept on your own device and are never sent to us as a profile of you:
- A short-lived session token for the generator, held in your browser’s session storage. It exists so the tool can talk to our server without a new handshake on every keystroke, and your browser discards it when the tab closes.
- Anything you mark as saved, held in your browser’s local storage. It stays on that device and in that browser. Clearing your browser data removes it, and we cannot recover it for you.
What we do not do
These are absences you can check for yourself by viewing the page source:
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Tag Manager and no equivalent script on this site.
- No advertising and no ad tracking. No ad network scripts are loaded.
- No social tracking pixels.
- No user accounts. There is nothing to register for, so there is no profile to attach behaviour to.
- No comments. Commenting is switched off across the whole site, so no comment data, e-mail address or avatar hash is ever collected.
- We do not sell data. There is no data brokerage of any kind here.
Server and network logs
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent — for security and troubleshooting. This site sits behind a content delivery network, which keeps its own edge logs for the same reasons. These are standard operational records, not a behavioural profile, and we do not join them to the generator data described above.
Who else touches your data
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server that stores this site and its database.
- Our content delivery network, which sits in front of the site to serve it quickly and absorb attacks. Your request reaches it before it reaches us.
- The nickname library service, which receives generated names and the requesting IP address, as described above.
We do not hand your data to advertisers, data brokers, or the platforms this site writes about. NicknameStylish is not affiliated with Garena Free Fire, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, PUBG Mobile or any other platform, and none of them receive anything from us about you.
Children
This is a general-audience text tool, not a service aimed at children, and it collects no age information because it collects no profile at all. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a name identifying your child has been recorded through the generator or submitted to a public list, write to us and we will remove it.
Removal requests and your choices
Because we hold no account and no identifier for you, the honest position is that we usually cannot look up “your” data — there is nothing linking a stored name to a person. What we can act on is a specific string:
- Tell us the exact name or nickname you want taken down and we will remove it from the library and from any page that lists it.
- You can clear everything held on your device at any time by clearing your browser’s storage for this site.
Send removal requests to [email protected], quoting the exact text and, where possible, the page it appears on.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and describe what changed. We do not refresh that date on cosmetic edits.
